EKKY Studio

We believe that high quality design results from the intensive investigation in terms of context, materiality and functionality. Designing space is always a pleasant challenge. In each project we aim to establish a foundation in which the needs will flexibly be covered. To achieve this, EKKY studio carries out a research in order to discover all possible potential.

Bioclimatic solutions are important to our approach. We study each case by paying attention to the location, orientation, natural lighting-ventilation and the relation between indoor and outdoor space. By using diagrams, 3d models, animation, images and physical models, we offer an experience of the proposal at an early stage.

The work of EKKY studio is based upon a solid foundation of designing detailed buildings, managing budget and time and achieving the best value and highest quality.

EKKY studio is a young practice composed by two architects with national and international experience. With many competitions and awards on their background.

They have worked with well known firms in Barcelona – Spain , London-UK , and they had personal projects in Athens-Greece and Paris-France.

With innovative ideas they resolve the projects by giving best value in term of space and materials.

They attend to understand the needs of their clients in order to give the suitable solution in each case.

With a motivation on resolving problems and designing smart spaces they are making an intensive research and meetings, through the whole process.

With art and architecture education in Greece and France, Spain and USA they intend to be up to date in art and designing evolution - new technologies and materials.

With high presentation skills like sketching , illustration , painting and the knowledge of many software they are giving all the information for a project to be understood or promote.

The last years are practising in Cyprus. Working with well establish firms in Nicosia they learned the Cypriot market and the local way of construction.

As EKKY studio they have several projects in housing , commercial and refurbishment.At the same time due to their motivation and interest in the evolution of the design process they are participating in national and international architecture competitions.
