The Company was established in Cyprus in 1990 with the objective of providing a multi-discipline contracts and legal consultancy services to the building, construction and engineering industry covering both domestic and international contracts, to resolve frequently arising disputes and other issues in such contracts, as well as those in the industrial, process and power sector projects.

The Company is at the forefront of construction consultancy representing most of the local contractors and subcontractors in Cyprus and international contractors working in Cyprus. Commissions have also been undertaken for Government and Local Authority Bodies, to progress dispute resolution, and provide Expert Reports to facilitate amicable settlements in the industry without recourse to Arbitration

We pursue a policy of both internal and external training, which is reflected in our public and private seminar programmes and High Intensity Training courses for our Clients.
