E. Koutsou developers is a family run business. It originally began its works in 1972 in the now occupied town of Famaqusta. Since then Mr. Takis Koutsou company has developed into one of the most reliable developing companies in Larnaca and Famaqusta areas.

From the very beginning high quality and standards were our main aim. We put safety first therefore we build apartments and villas with the same care as if they were our families residences.

At first we completed a project in ayia napa consisting of 80 tourist apartments. Due to the dramatic rise in land development our company has expanded in Larnaca by building 10 individual courts consisting of 100 apts.

Since 2004 when Cyprus joined in the European Union property the non-occupied Famaqusta Area has become the subject of interest of many E.U. Citizens.
