Kouzalis Group economic activities began early in the 20th century. During 1978 - 1985 the company constructed three apartment blocks, literally on the sea front line, KOUZALIS COURTS 1-2-3, a project of 96 flats.

In 1988 the company built “Pinia Villas” a project of 6 villas and 4 shops. The following year the company delivered “Mikrolimano”, a restaurant with European standards and traditional decoration, which is still considered to be one of the best in the area.

During the year of 2000 KOUZALIS Group co-operated with Future Hotels Ltd, and they established TRIAS Hotels Ltd. Since May 2002 a four star Hotel, KOUZALIS BEACH HOTEL, comprising of 182 rooms, virtually by the sea, started its operation.

Early in the year of 2002 KOUZALIS Group commenced preparation of 36 villas by the sea, in Protaras. The first of five projects, Tefkros, was successfully delivered in 2002. Early in 2003 the company began the construction of Evagoras and that year we’ve begun construction of Onisilos, Ammochostos and Dafni.

At this stage we’ve launched our largest, until now, project Ayios Nicolaos of 46 villas. An Aegean style project, which gives to the prospective buyer a chance to obtain, maisonettes, 2,3 or 4 bedroom villas by the sea shore and between two beautiful bays.

Finally we are proud to present KOUZALIS Court No 4, “Petra House” a project of 12 luxurious apartments with massive Verandas, Roof Garden, en - suit showers, fully air conditioned, designed in a traditional way with local features.
