The Land Development activities of the Group began in February 1990 with the establishment of Cyfield Development Co Ltd, a company specialising in all aspects of land development. The Company began with the development of residential buildings and houses in Nicosia and soon expanded to Limassol. In 1997 Cyfield Development Co Ltd expanded in Greece creating Eurocyfield A.E. a development company of residential and commercial buildings in the Greater Athens area.

After acquiring Nemesis Construction PLC, Nemesis Development Ltd was then created in 2002 as a separate development company of residential and commercial buildings of standard specifications. The products of Nemesis Development are marketed by Cyfield Development.

The course of enterprising growth is continued with the establishment of Cyfield-Nemesis partnership in 2002. The partnership was created in order to undertake and implement a big scale residential development project in the suburbs of Nicosia.
