It has undertaken the management of the company itself as well as its projects. In addition to the architectural supervision, the firm undertakes clients’ supervision through the use of its own engineers in order to improve quality and performance of the projects. The firm is also employed to manage the completed projects after delivery and operation, so that the company’s projects run as smoothly as possible.
