She started her studies in Athens in 1997 at the private college Beloudakis. After completing her associates degree, she applied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, where she was accepted. She studied there for 4 more years,getting her Bachelors Degree in Applied Science. She graduated in Homors in 2008. As soon as she arrived in Cyprus she established her own company under the name Elena Georgiou Couture. She occupies two shops one in Nicosia and one in Limassol.
