 As a result of the increasing need of the market and in the framework of our efforts to provide improved services to our clients P.M. Tseriotis (Insurance Department) Ltd, Glykys & Araouzos Insurance Ltd και Chr. Argyropoulos (Insurance Department) Ltd following a merger agreement have joined their resources under a common management and administrative structure and operate under the company TGA Insurance Agencies Ltd. The newly formed company starts its operation on June 2006, and its goal is to provide high quality services and immediate solutions to customers insurances requirements.  TGA will continue to represent and closely cooperate with the insurance companies Commercial General Insurance, CNP Asfalistiki and CNP Cyprialife Ltd leader companies in the General Insurances and Life Insurance sector of Cyprus. The company employees a well trained and highly competent personnel and also cooperates with 6 of insurance intermediaries.  From July 2014 the TGA Insurance Agencies Ltd has become 100% subsidiary of Commercial General Insurance Ltd.
