Ekali hotel

The Ekali hotel, at the heart of the mountain village of Kakopetria, is a perfect base from which to explore the Troodos mountains. It was founded in 1948 by Kostas and Panagiota Kountouris and has remained a Kountouris family venture ever since.We are continuing improving our facilities, but like to think that we manage to combine modern professional service with an atmosphere that is both relaxed and personal. We boast over fifty eight beautiful rooms, centrally heated and with laminated floors throughout. Each one also has a telephone, radio, television, a baby-monitoring facility, shower and toilet. All rooms have air-conditioning as well and most provide wonderful views up and down the Solea valley. Our conference room seats up to 80 people and provides modern projection facilities. An excellent swimming pool is located just 50m away across the road. Our bar and kitchen offer an exciting range of local Cypriot and international cuisine and drinks. There are also several other excellent restaurants and bars in the village that we would be happy to introduce you to.
